In a Hurricane off the Cape on the Morning of April 1st 1848 at 1/2 past 3 - in Lat 16.20 S Lon 23.58 E'. The 'Sutlej' 1159 tons (Lloyd's) was built in 1847 by Green's for their company's London to Calcutta run.
