Spyglass telescope
This is a non-achromatic, brass spy-glass telescope with eight draw tubes. This type of instrument was not for making serious observations; rather, it was more a gentleman's fashion accessory. This example is said to have been presented by Napoleon to Captain Stenfell RN of HMS 'Conquerer' at St Helena in 1818.
