K8386 was delivered to the Fleet Air Arm 30 November 1936 and was issued to 824 Squadron in January 1937. 824 Squadron disembarked from the aircraft carrier Eagle (1918) to Kai Tak between 6 May and 28 May, 19 October and 4 November and 5 November to 30 November 1937.
