A full hull model of the mackerel driver 'Ebenezer' (1867)
Scale: 1:24. Made entirely in wood with wood, metal and organic material fittings and painted in realistic colours. The hull is painted brick red below the waterline and black above with narrow white stripe running its entire length. The depicted vessel is decked, equipped and lug-rigged, with the sails set. The foremast has a single dipping lugsail and the mainmast, placed well aft, has two lugsails and a boom extending well over the stern. All the sails are made from a brick red material. Fittings and equipment include a boat stowed amidships, capstan, lantern, stove pipe, rudder and covered companion hatch. On the port and starboard bows is 'SS340', on port stern quarter 'Ebenezer' and on starboard stern quarter is 'St Ives'.
