Graphite drawing of Adelaide House, by William Lionel Wyllie (1851-1931). Adelaide House (not Buildings) had been opened in 1925, and stands at the north bank of the Upper Pool, immediately adjacent to London Bridge. To the right of Adelaide House are several riverside wharves, with a number of small vessels moored alongside.
