Binoculars
These prismatic binoculars are small and light but have no displacement of the objective lenses for stereographic rendition of the image. An inscription records that they were 'MADE BY VOIGTLANDER & SON BRUNSWICK FOR LAWRENCE & MAYO LONDON'. It was the firm of Johann Voigtlander that re-introduced binoculars in the 1820s. In the 20th century, binoculars replaced the telescope as the main device used for making observations from ships.

Delivery & returns
We print everything to order so delivery times may vary but all framed pictures are despatched within 5-7 days via courier or recorded mail.
Due to the coronovirus pandemic and Brexit situation, current shipping times may be longer, particularly for destinations outside the UK.
Delivery to the UK is £10 for a single framed print.
