Clay pipe
Relics of Sir John Franklin's last expedition 1845-1848. Twelve fragments of clay pipes (8 stem fragments and 4 bowl fragments). They were found at Northern Cairn, Cape Felix on 3 July 1879 by the Schwatka Search Expedition 1878-1879. The site had been occupied by twelve officers and men from the Franklin expedition in the summer of 1847.
