Coin - half-angel; obverse
Henry VII half-angel. Obverse: The archangel St Michael, standing, facing, on the dragon which he pierces with his spear. Reverse: Reverse: Ship to right with mast in form of cross, surmounted by a top-castle. 'h' and a rose on either side of the mast. Royal arms at its base. One of a hoard of nine coins found on the site of the Old Royal Naval College, Greenwich. Two of the nine are now in the collections of the British Museum.
