Earthenware dish
Earthenware dish, transfer-printed in blue with a scalloped rim, on a raised foot. The foot is hollow and fluted. In the centre a scene showing Vice-Admiral Horatio Nelson (1758-1805) on one knee on the deck of the 'Victory' supported by two seamen, having just been fatally wounded. The dish has a border of flowers and various trophies including a royal crown and archbishop's mitre. On the outside are shown other historical scenes of an enthroned king and Charles I attempting to arrest five members of Parliament, repeated twice. Printed underneath 'BRITISH HISTORY/DEATH OF LORD NELSON/JONES & SON' flanked by figures representing History and Britannia.

Delivery & returns
We print everything to order so delivery times may vary but all framed pictures are despatched within 5-7 days via courier or recorded mail.
Due to the coronovirus pandemic and Brexit situation, current shipping times may be longer, particularly for destinations outside the UK.
Delivery to the UK is £10 for a single framed print.
We will happily replace your order if everything isn’t 100% perfect.
