An earthenware mug, printed in colour and inscribed 'HALLEY'S COMET 1986 RETURNS TO EARTH EVERY SEVENTY SIX YEARS 1986 . 2062 . 2138 . 2214'. On the base is printed the maker's mark, a diagram showing the track of the comet and the inscription: 'TO MARK THE RETURN OF HALLEY'S COMET NUMBER 1434 OF A LIMITED EDITION OF 2,000. DESIGNED BY RICHARD GUYATT'.
