Fishing vessel
Scale: Unknown. A half block model of the starboard side of a Yorkshire coble made entirely in wood and painted in realistic colours. The model shows only the distinctive hull shape and is devoid of fittings and equipment. The hull is painted red below the waterline, a white wedge-shaped area at the bow of the waterline, black above, a narrow ochre stripe running the entire length of the hull and a broad cream-painted strake. The model is displayed on a rectangular figured mahogany backboard, the upper two corners of which are rounded and with a pair of brass rings fixed to the top edge. On starboard bow in a circular roundel
