Freedom box
Gold City of London freedom box presented to Admiral Alexander Hood, 1st Viscount Bridport (1727-1814), to commemorate his victory off the Isle de Groix, 23 June 1795. Hood was promoted admiral in April 1794, and was created Baron Bridport for his part in the battle of the Glorious First of June 1794. In June 1795 he gave chase to the French fleet of Admiral Villaret-Joyeuse off the French coast, and 6 or 7 miles east of the Isle de Groix, captured three French battleships before the French admiral took refuge in Lorient.Samuel Godbehere

Delivery & returns
We print everything to order so delivery times may vary but all framed pictures are despatched within 5-7 days via courier or recorded mail.
Due to the coronovirus pandemic and Brexit situation, current shipping times may be longer, particularly for destinations outside the UK.
Delivery to the UK is £10 for a single framed print.
We will happily replace your order if everything isn’t 100% perfect.
