Full hull model, two masted open boat, starboard stern quarter
Full hull model of a two-masted lug-rigged sailing canoe from about circa 1890, built at a scale of 1:24. The hull is built carvel fashion edge to edge planking, with decking surrounding the cockpit. It was steered using ropes to a yoke on the rudder (missing) as the mizzenmast prevented the use of a tiller.
