HMS 'Bellerophon' (1865)
Scale: 1:48. A half block model of the starboard side of HMS 'Bellerophon' (1865) made entirely in wood and painted in realistic colours. The hull is painted brick red below the waterline and black above. The hull has a pronounced ram bow and the counter has a prominent overhang. The model is displayed on a distressed plank of wood, painted white, the top right-hand corner of which is missing. On plaque attached to model:
