Pink lustre jug with a large curved lip, transfer-printed in black with a view of Wearmouth bridge inscribed below 'A WEST VIEW of the IRON BRIDGE over the WEAR/under the Patronage of R. On the other side, an oval portrait of Vice-Admiral Horatio Nelson (1758-1805), red ensigns and trophies behind and surmounted by Fame with ships in the background.
