Martinique: Fort de France, from the 'Suzanne'
A variant version of BHC4029. Everett was at Martinique for ten days in January 1929 in the 'Suzanne' and there are two other more distant profile studies in oil of the island from seaward, BHC0022 and BHC0039, and a view of the old fortifications BHC4019.
