Obverse: A tombstone engraved with Admiral Bentinck's arms crowned by an urn; (encircled above with stars) a spear to which a laurel wreath is attached, a flag and two guns (left), a ship in the distance (right). Reverse: A bell-shaped altar with a trophy on either side supporting the Admiralty coat of arms, navally crowned and resting on an altar.
