Medal commemorating the British victories of 1798. Obverse: Bust of George III (left), tie-wig. Armour, George round the neck on a ribbon. Reverse: Britannia seated amongst naval and military trophies, wearing helmet and holding spear in right hand, arm resting on the Union shield. In her extended left she holds up a small figure of Victory.
