Medal commemorating the tercentenary of Marblehead Massachusetts, 1929. Obverse: A double-ended pulling boat, in it a fisherman drawing his nets, in the background a setting sun on a scroll the date '1629-1929' superimposed on sprays of foliage, separated by a legend: 'TOWN OF MARBLEHEAD INCORPORATED 1649'. Reverse: Inscription, '300TH ANNIVERSARY CELEBRATION MARBLEHEAD, MASS. 1929. OFFICIAL SOUVENIR'.
