Old Gatehouse, possibly in Greenwich
This bears a pencil inscription along the top '? OLD GATEHOUSE (Park Row) Greenwich' with what appears to be a signature 'C A Holden 1957'. The style of drawing and the subject look earlier, however, and it seems unlikely that it shows a scene in Park Row or anywhere else in Greenwich as late as 1957. The inscription is possibly a 1950s suggestion of its identity by the signatory.
