Side views of the Arc de Triomphe du Carrousel, Paris, from the Rue Imperiale (now Rue de Rivoli). Designed by Charles Percier and Pierre Leonard Fontaine, it was built 1806-1808 by Napoleon I after the arch of Septimus Severus in Rome.
