There is a raised engine casing, with five portholes on either side, which is painted a dark brown with a cream coloured funnel and steam pipe on top. At the stern is a glazed aftercabin with a cream roof, finished in natural wood and varnished. The whole model is mounted on a rectangular wooden backboard painted a sky blue with a raised and moulded frame.
