Scale 1:24. A plan showing the sheer lines of the 'Endymion' (1797), a 40 gun Fifth Rate.
There are two notes on this plan. The first, in ink, reads "Launched March 27 1797 by Randall & Brent". The second, in pencil, reads "This draught was made to serve for a model which was completed and rigged for Lieut Forster".
