A relic of Sir John Franklin's last expedition 1845-1848. A sledge runner made from a file obtained by the Hall Search Expedition 1864-69 from the Pelly Bay Inuit, 12 July 1866. A piece of iron flat on one side curved on the other with diagonal grooves across the surface.
