A whole plate size salted paper print. A starboard bow view of an ornate Maltese Luzzu on stone chocks ashore near the corner of a high stone wall from one of the outer bastions in Grand Harbour. Three oars are resting against the wall and the starboard quarter of a rowing boat is on the right of the image. The upper strake around the bow is decorated with an eye and more abstract images. The side of the stempost has been painted with a figure.
