The East Indiaman 'Seringapatam'
'The East Indiaman 'Seringapatam', 1000 Tons' was built by Green in 1837 as the first of the 'Blackwall frigates'. She here flies the post-1843 Green Blackwall line house flag and appears to be hove-to off the Needles for a pilot, whose cutter is under her stern.
