The environs of Fort Cumberland in the Bay of Fundy
Plate 19B, printed on Whatman paper. Border yellow, land tinted green, buildings and part of the road are red, fields coloured. In December 1776 British loyalists had defended Fort Cumberland against American attacks and Nova Scotia remained loyal throughout the Revolutionary War.
