Watercolour of the Royal Observatory and its meridian buildings from the south-east. Notable features include the tall chimney added in Bradley's time next to the south-west turret of Flamsteed House and the sand or gravel workings in the foreground. The gilded wood frame is in a distressed condition.Item previously on loan to NMM from the Royal Greenwich Observatory (RGO). When they closed in 1998 ownership of this and other items belonging to them was transferred to the National Maritime Museum
