Inscribed 'The Schooner Yacht, Nancy Dawson, R.T.Y.C... built for the Late Robt Shedden, Esq. Who died on board at Mazatlan, 16 Novr 1849, whilst cruising in Search of Sir John Franklin's expedition. The only Yacht that ever rounded Point Barrow, and Circumnavigated the Globe'.
