Toby jug moulded to represent a standing figure of Vice-Admiral Horatio Nelson (1758-1805). He wears a hat and a yellow waistcoat with a red floral pattern and holds a speaking trumpet. Behind the figure is a flag and gun and a mound of greenery that forms the handle. The jug is painted in naturalistic colours with 'Nelson' inscribed on the base.
