The sloop HMS 'Cadmus' (1903), the colonial steamer 'Sea Mew' (1903) and the Federated Malay States yacht 'Sea Belle' (1883), dressed overall at anchor off Kuala Kelantan. Sir John Anderson, High Commissioner of the F.M.S. and Governor of the Straits Settlements, was present to accept administrative responsibility for the State of Kelantan from Siam.
