Waterline model; Miniature model
Scale: 1:1200. A waterline model of HMS 'London' (1961), a county class guided missile destroyer made from die-cast metal with two black plastic masts. The hull and upperworks are painted grey and the two funnels have black gloss tops. There are two moveable twin turrets forward both riveted through the deck. The bridge assembly is separate and riveted to the hull. There is a metal four-bladed helicopter, the blades of which revolve, the boss of which is riveted to the fuselage. The inscription on the underside reads: "M786 H.M.S. London".
