A print from Abbott's oil portrait, BHC2845. Locker holds his quizzing stick, and a commodore's broad pendant appears to be flying from a ship's mast in the left background. Commodore was the highest rank in which he served before being appointed Lieutenant-Governor of Greenwich Hospital in 1793. PAF9347, PAH3803 and PAI8404 are other copies.
