An English yacht before the wind
An English yacht before the wind. A yacht viewed from the starboard quarter before a light breeze with mainsail, foresail and jib set, but sheeted aft. An inscription on the back points out that the yacht is shown before the wind, but with her sails sheeted aft as though the wind were ahead.
