Medal commemorating The Russian Society of Steam Navigation and Trade, 50th anniversary. Obverse: Within a spray of laurel the heads of Czar Nicholas II (right) and Czar Alexander II conjoined (left). Legend in Cyrillic (The Russian Society of Steam Navigation and Trade). Reverse: Ribboned oak wreath surrounding the letter L against a background of rays and two crossed standards; above, the crowned imperial double eagle displayed, decorated with coats of arms with dates on either side; below, the starboard broadside view of a steamer. Inscription: '1857 1907'.
