Obverse: A five-pointed star with rays between the points; head of Bellona (centre) silver gilt surrounded by a band of blue enamel, inscribed: 'CAMPANA A BOLIVIA I EL PERU.' (Campaign against Bolivia and Peru.) Reverse: Similar, blue enamel (centre) inscribed in gold letters, surrounded by a band of red enamel.
