Scupper valve model
Scale: 1:1. A model of a scupper valve made entirely of brass, two pieces soldered together with a pair of hinges at the top running parallel sides to a rounded bottom. The valve is bulbous on one side with a small edge to it, whilst the other side is completely flat, running to the joining edge, forming a hollow chamber and making the whole valve completely water tight.
