Sectional model; Bow model
Scale: Unknown. Sectional model showing the port bow of HMS 'Volage' (1869), an iron screw corvette. The model has been carved from a single piece of wood and painted in realistic colours; the deck is painted buff yellow, the hull below the waterline in dark brick red and black above with yellow boot topping. Four rectangular port holes have been painted in a single row, and a hawse hole. The model has a pronounced keel. There are two paper labels on the upper deck face of the model one of which reads 'No.15. Case. Cumb'l'd Room. (11)'. A paper label has been applied to the black area of the hull marked '887'. Two hanging brackets have been mounted to the rear face, and the remains of a bowsprit and foremast can be seen.

We print everything to order so delivery times may vary but all framed pictures are despatched within 5-7 days via courier or recorded mail.
Due to the coronovirus pandemic and Brexit situation, current shipping times may be longer, particularly for destinations outside the UK.
Delivery to the UK is £10 for a single framed print.
We will happily replace your order if everything isn’t 100% perfect.
