Teapot

An oval pearlware, silver-shaped teapot with a deep lip at the top and ochre painted rims and knop to the lid. It is transfer-printed in brown with hand colouring in red, yellow, green and pink. On each side is a scallop-shaped reserve containing a ribbon inscribed 'TRAFALGAR' placed across the staff of a British ensign, flying above a gun, laurel branch and inverted foreign flags. The trophies are flanked by a pyramid and crocodile representing the Battle of the Nile and a fortress representing the Battle of Copenhagen. On either side of each scallop is a pair of tritons, blowing seashells and with their tails entwined. The lip of the teapot has a border of a Greek key pattern, a thistle, crossed laurel and palm branches, and two anchors. The border is repeated on the lid with a rose instead of the thistle. A thistle is printed on the spout and an olive branch on the handle.

Manufactured in the UK

All products are printed in the UK, using the latest digital presses and a giclée printmaking process.

We only use premium branded inks, and colours are independently verified to last between 100 and 200 years.

Delivery & returns

We print everything to order so delivery times may vary but all framed pictures are despatched within 5-7 days via courier or recorded mail.

Due to the coronovirus pandemic and Brexit situation, current shipping times may be longer, particularly for destinations outside the UK.

Delivery to the UK is £10 for a single framed print.

We will happily replace your order if everything isn’t 100% perfect.
