A Genius presents Medallions of Captain Harvey & Captain Hutt to Britannia [sic], who aided by Neptune subdues Anarchy 1 of June 1794
Apparently a design for a sculptural monument to Captains John Harvey of the 'Brunswick' and John Hutt of the 'Queen', who were both killed in Howe's fleet at the Battle of the Glorious First of June, 1794. Fame, blowing a trumpet, stands behind the group described in the original title. [PvdM 6/06]
