The vessel is probably HMS 'Zephyr', a brig-sloop of 16 guns, launched at Portsmouth Dockyard on the 28 April 1809, and sold 29 January 2828 to T. Pitman to be broken up.
Inscribed upper right 'Zephyr at Spithead/Feby 11th/1815'.
